Macbeth Act Three

In Act three Macbeth sends another murderer to help his plan to kill Banquo and Fleance but Fleance still escapes. With the news of Fleance’s escape and the arrival of Banquo’s ghost, Macbeth’s guilt and anxiety increases and makes him act in a very strange manner. With Macduff’s rising army against Macbeth and Lennox’s growing suspicions the play now becomes a countdown to when Macbeth will be stopped and no longer if.
